      As the former working procedure of tube filling and sealing machine and nest working procedure of cartoning machine, both of them can be using as single unit, if considering to design mechanical simultaneously linking, it will be complicated and share more space and not convenient for produce loaction arrangement, so we specially design mechanical simultaneously linking, it will be complcated and share more space and not convenient for produce location arrangement, so we specially designed a expert conveyor device connecting the two machines as a production line, it is composed of mechanical convey frame, convey belt, photoelectron switch and execute motor.

     The production line is mainly controlled by cartoning machine and auxiliary controlled by photoelectron, thus make convey belt doing intermittent running.When product of the tube filling and sealing was conveyed at the lower position of the photoelectron, the execute motor receives the photoelectron signal and will stop running and exactly made the product stop at the end of convey belt for waiting: while the partition area of the cartoning machne was executed at the corresponding position, the electric system will sending signal to make the execute motor unning, thus make the product put into the partition area. Therefore the circulatory action made products continuously conveyed to the propelling device and finally cartoning into box, thus reaches the function of production line simultaneously linking solution.

     If cartoning machine automatic stop machine due to failures, while the tube filling and sealing machine is still working(set with switch key by choose to stop machine for waiting), then the execute motor receives the cartoning machine signal and reset the execute motor make reversal running thus to convey the product into the storage barrel for spare using, when the cartoning mahine failures were eliminated, the execute motor will receive the veering signal, all these wouldn't affect produce efficiency.

    Special convey device and be lengthen due to requirement of GMP standard and sanitation specification in  pharmacy, foodstuff etc industries or limit of produce space, which connecting the two machines placed at different rooms as a unit, so avoid the limit, suitable for variety enterprises space producing demands.
